For a long time, as a woman of colour, I’ve been in work environments where comments were made that should never have been said, where I felt spoken over, underestimated and made to feel like I had to become smaller, softer and easier to accept just to be taken seriously.

 I thought I had to edit myself.. Literally, and watch how I spoke, hide parts of my personality and make sure I never came across as “too much.”

But, really my voice was never the problem. The problem was being in spaces that didn’t know how to value it.

That is why this work means so much to me. I don’t just help women create content. It’s about taking YOUR voice, YOUR story, YOUR personality, YOUR culture,YOUR opinions, and YOUR energy and turn it into a brand that feels powerful, premium and impossible to ignore.

I don’t believe in hustle culture.

I don’t believe perfection makes you memorable. 

Being ‘perfect’ does not exist,and people don’t connect with perfection.
You can talk how you actually talk, show up with your real opinions, and still have a gorgeous, high end brand that makes people want to work with you.

I don’t believe posting every day is the strategy. 

Posting more does not automatically mean people will care more. If your content has no voice, no positioning, and no clear perception, posting every day just makes you more consistently forgettable.
